[Strawbale] Concrete Base - foundations question??

for sure you need a separating layer ( tar paper is usaly used) between 
the wood and the concrete!
and cant follow the idea of vetilation, because there should be no 
ventilation, it is closed to all sides.
and, in case of an fire you will find here possibly a chemney-effect! 
Danger , danger!!!
i saw people putting cellulose mixed with borax into the gap.
how about a strip foundation and a smaller layer of concrete on top of 
it?
