If you dilute the concrete to a type of milk fluid and spray that over a pit
filled with dried shells/pellets of some sort, these become entangled in the
web of dried milk-concrete... You can build a house on it... The advantage
is that you have an enormous volume that can contain cool air with which you
can cool your house during the hottest moments of the day/night and create
an air flow using a chimney effect.
