The S-House project (see www.grat.tuwien.ac.at) has already started
and we are currently working on an information brochure about the project
to inform more people and companies about strawbale building and the S-House.
Beside the introduction of the S-House and the history and the advantages
of straw bale building, the booklet should also contain a chapter, in which
already built examples are shown and described. With fotos of the outside
an the inside of buildings the big variety of the "straw bale culture"
will be shown.
So this is an invitation to all proud strawbale house owners and builders to sent us information and pictures of their architectural masterpieces. Everyone`s contribution is welcome.
What we need:
1. Fotos of the inside and outside of the building
as jpg file in at least 200dpi quality (which is necessary for printing)
.
2. A short description of the house, a personal statement
of living in a straw bale house (How did you get to know of straw bale
building? What were your prejudices? How did you overcome them? What are
the advantages of your house?) and
3. information about the following points:
Looking forward to meeting you soon at the esbn straw bale gathering
in Slovenia.
