Strawbale building are going in the scandinavian countries too. In Norway we have an organisation called NJH (norsk jord og halmbyggeforening). There are good contacts with the other scandinavien strawbale-builders. 
I see that you also got an answer from Brobyggerskolen, and thats fine, but one of the names on the list you got is wrong.
The name is Conny Jerkbrant (not Jerer) 
He has moved from Göteborg now. The address is Svenneby (near Hamburgsund) and tel. (0) 523 53150

In Schweden you also have Lene Falkheden and Stefan Wallner who has experience / practice with strawbale houses;
Lena is living in Bottna, close to Gerlesborg and thats only a couple of km from Svenneby, where Conny lives.
(In Gerlesborg you have an ecological village, where they are building with ecological materials, most clay but maybe also strawbale).

The most eksperienced in Scweden, I guess, is Johannes Riesterer.I have never met him, but heared about him in connection with strawbale for years.
