[strawbale] M$ viruses are long, so limit the length

This is the way I use for my mailinglists. An occasional e-mail which is
really worth it can be approved by a list moderator.

10 KB should be enough. It would also educate people not to include a
long-long tail with all the old emails they are responding to.

Another very useful feature preventing obsolete traffic is:

Ich empfehle, die Mailingliste so zu konfigurieren, dass die "reply-to"-
Adresse den tatsächlichen Absender enthält, nicht die Mailinglisten-
 Adresse.

This is a wise recommenation of the postmaster of global2000.at, if you
remember the automated reply from their server regarding the infected
email going back as_a_whole to the MAILINGLIST instead of the sender.

It is a recommendation for Simon, in fact, however, if followed, it would
concern all list members, so sorry for nontopical contribution.

PS.
Viruses are no problem for me -- I use linux (debian distribution) only.
Do the same, if tired from reinstalling M$windows and angry to lose your
work. Free software is an analogy of strawbales.
