[Strawbale] permissible load on load-bearing strawbale

Thank you Derek for the useful links.
They are answering lot of questions.

If there is also some information from seismic point of view will be very
helpful. The building site is located in seismically active region- zone of
the 9 by Richter scale.
Here the forces are very specific by themselves with horizontal and
vertical directions with big amplitudes and long duration.
