form baths/shower stalls etc over the plywood sheeting and then using 
some sort of waterproof plaster. The stuff in morocco I saw (tadelakt) 
was shiny and kind of like marble...

Do the permitted development rights you are talking about also 
including businesses? Our business is a charity on long term rented 
(NHS) premises...
Any help greatly appreciated. The planning department sounded very 
dubious when we called up and mentioned 'straw bales'...
