Dear Jan,
in principle it is possible to publish the report on Internet and it was
intended also to publish it on the E.V.A.-website.
But there are some restrictions:
1.) it is now holiday time and not all colleagues dealing with this
task are in the office, so it needs some time. I also dont`t know in which
format the publishing is possible.
2.) it is the question of approval of the report by the financing Austrian
ministry of environement- we have to clarify if and when the reports are free
for publication.
3.) I think it would be better to wait on the public presentation in Brno
in September (as announced by Ms. Plockova- Ruzickova and Ms. Jana Drápalová) with the mayor of Brno, the representatives
of the responsible ministries and institutions. It is better tp publish the
report after that event.
4.) From my point of view the work is successful, if we can agree with the
Czech side on the implementation of selected measures in a pilot project.
At the moment there are only a lot of ideas. Ms. Plockova- Ruzickova
wanted to check the costs together with Arch. Mandic.
So I think we should wait on the results of the process and after the
decision for the implementation of a pilot project, the clarifying of the
financing of this we should publish this report.
But nevertheless I think Mr.Lari will send you the report also by e-mail,
for an easier dissemination.
