[Cmunipack] New version released (1.1.14)

Dear colleagues,

the new version 1.1.14 of C-Munipack software is available on the internet.

Main changes:
   * New matching algorithm for very sparse fields (disabled by default, 
see electronic help for more details how to enable and use it)
   * Some minor improvements in the standard matching algorithm
   * Source code can be compiled in MS Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition, 
project files are included
