Apparently, the php files at the original site don't work. The stylesheet
for them is accessible, however.  Using it and the google's cache,
I've put the static (html) versions of the three files to
        http://amper.ped.muni.cz/fixthemlo
 -- just the option of online signing is missing. You can write to me as
well, I'll see your letters on Dec 31 and give your names to the fixthemlo
group.
