In Belgium there are 2 organisation who promote  strawbale.

The first can be reached by going to
:www.strobouw.be
This site is currently off-line but I think (hope) not for long.

The otherone: www.casacalida.be is an organisation which gives workshops in 
building with straw.

Also a very good institute is : www.vibe.be
This is the Flemish Institute of Bio-and Ecological Building
In the contact list architects specialized in strawbale buildings can be 
found.
