My name is Maria Chiara Bonora, I'm twenty-three

to tell You and to explain, because my English is not very well.
I study at the Dipartment of Architecture
in Ferrara and I'm going to prepare my degree thesis. It is on environmental
impact of materials and assembled elements used in constructional systems
in architecture. The object of my research is combining packaging post-use
with parts of dry buiding structures.
I know that in constructional practice (
I mean in building yards and in workshops) there are habits and ways for
saving time and money without considering waste of materials.
I would like to know if there are reports
about environmental impact of building technology and materials, that highlight
which are the most difficult elements to disassembly, to recycle, to reuse,
to reduce embodied energy and environmental impact in general.
I will be very greatful to You if it would
be possible to have internet sites or names of associations.
