[Strawbale] members only postings, sorry

Dear balers,

being unable to stop non-html spam with varying contents, I've changed the
list to allow members-only posting. It's a primitive and crude method but
I see no other.

Refused postings will go to Simon, apart from true spam they may be
occasionally your emails when sent from some non-standard address. He can
allow them to go futher.

I think there is an option you can add addresses from where you send
messages, just try the web interface if needed.
