Yes, Marcel, your approach as a correct example for all readers of this
list: From my involvement in the past 2 ESBG's I'm well aware that the
system of national contacts are very disfunct. In other words, please don't
all sit and wait for someone else to answer Dittmar's question, contribute
with what you know, especially it you're in one of the many countries
without a clearly identified and responsible national contact, maintaining
an open dialogue with all SB interested parties in their country.

...And should you be in one of those countries without the above rare
example of a national spokesperson, then please try to initiate a process
whereby you can appoint someone. With a publicly readable Google mail
account and open cloud based documents, it's quite easy for anyone to do,
and to ensure complete transparancy at same time...
