[Strawbale] SB in South America

Hi baleheads,
 
Anyone have any info or resources wrt SB in South America: Peru, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador etc?
 
I presume straw bales are easily come by, but lime mortar?
 
Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.
