[Strawbale] many tests sent by Henk

I've redirected three huge postings by Henk which contained no message, 
just attachments. With shorter names (more manageble by apache), all of 
them are available within
           http://amper.ped.muni.cz/jenik/straw/tests

  -- perhaps a README.html with a short text on them
and/or <=23-character English short descriptions on them (so that they 
would fit into .htaccess) would be good to put there too.

There is a zip with all files together, as well.
