[Strawbale] Any Thermal physics out there?

Dear all,

I just received this request from a strawbale researcher here in Czech 
Republic:
"Do you know about some thermal physic interesting in thermal properties 
of the straw ?"

In other words, should any such geeks be on this list, and be interested 
in contact with a Czech colleague, then please let me know and I'll 
connect you for some tech talk...
