[Strawbale] building volunteers

we a have a small adobe farm building thats needs renovating in Bulgaria, I am looking for volunteers to help with the rebuilding / renovation. 
We are keen on building with the available resources that are there already and also would like to incorporate straw bales. 
We have plenty of will but no experience so we would need experienced builders and or those interested in green building with plenty of enthusiasm and those willing to teach and learn from others.
In return we would like to offer very basic accommodation (camping space(either on the grounds or in the barns) composting toilets (which have yet to be built!) and also meals.
Our main aims are to
 • Generate our own energy sources
 • Grow our own organic food
 • Build with recycled materials and those found on our land
 • Return to the earth all of our organic refuse
