Hello friends,
my name is Chrysostomos and l am also from Greece (Asteri how funny to
meet you here::)).
l read the e-mails and l saw that they were mentioning 2 thinks. First,
of course to build the straw house in Slovakia as Ivan and Jana wrote
and second the exchange-volunteering projects that Ish mentioned (l am
almost sure that you mean the Youth program Ish, am l write?).
So my idea was to set up a Youth exchange project with the main subject
to build a strawhouse in Slovakia and general ecological perspective
.Like that people from other countries could participate also and help
in terms of technical and know-how assistance (like my friend Asteris
from Greece) and the whole project could have some finance assistance
from the European Union.
Now Ivan and Jana if all this (application, Youth program, exchanges etc
etc) seems to complicate for you to work out l have some good news for
you. In Trencin, Slovakia (very close to you as l understood) it happen
that l have some very good friends running an NGO very experience in
this sector of Youth projects and l know that they have also some very
good partners in Check republic. If you want l can give you their
contacts meet in Trencin to see if something good can happen.
If we would like to do it like that (l mean within the Youth Program)
the timetable would be something like that. We can apply (my Slovak
friends with Ivan and Jana) for finance at the next deadline of Youth
Program that is on 1st of April. If the project will be approved we are
free to implement it at some dates that we will choose within the time
period of 1st of July until the 30th of November.(For example it can be
14 days from 10-24 of October 2007).
If my idea meets Ivan and Jana prospects you can prosed like that.
