ciao Bob,
I've sent it (on Karolyn's wish, as DSLF has no archive) to OLforum now
as well, and (as an item interesting locally) to ``my'' (literally,
still...) http://amper.ped.muni.cz/darksky
However, now I need further stuff to proceed. I mean the directives
following the Lombardy law. Again, I would prefer to rely on them than to
invent everything myself. Maybe Fabio could get them easier than you, so I
send the letter to him as well. I'll try to find them on Internet, but not
knowing Italian, I'm not sure on the outcome. Also, all experience from
preparing the law and from its application is welcome. Precedent cases are
important for lawyers.
thanks, jenik
PS.
A technical question, maybe dull, on lumencaps in the Chris' Handbook: on
which area exactly do they apply? To the whole property or just to those
parts of it which should be really lit? (I mean, somebody can
illuminate just the frontyard, but with no real limit on the lamp wattage,
having a large garden beneath the house.)
