Re: permission for Joe Roberts pictures

Hi Cliff,

thank you and Joe very much for the prompt permission and new photos, I've
included them already into the Czech version of the leaflet,

 (it's 2.7 MB now), they print OK on a 600dpi hplj printer.

The quickly made English version serves now mainly for Pierantonio to see
what it's about and permit me using the pollution map of Czechia. But if
the idea of having a leaflet like that would be interesting to other
countries or regions (of course, the URLs and map at the front side should
be replaced), editing the English text in the LaTeX source would be
desirable (I need no English version for Czechia of course). I would
revise it perhaps myself at first, thank you for your offer.

At present it fits into an A4 format, for the US use it should be the
letter one, to be printable for most people, shouldn't it.
