Title page of the Boundaries Declaration... a better one

Dear Sarah Cornell,

as I began promoting the Initiative in Czechia, I'd be very happy if the 
Declaration on the Planetary Boundaries Initiative would get a 
representative first page, with the key graphics in full quality. Would it 
be possible for you to do it? The version with a good first page is at my 
provisional site

 -- it suffices to take it from there and delete the "_large" part of 
the name "declaration_on_planetary_boundariesv1_large.pdf" when 
replacing your present version. More in the letter below.

Dear friends,

I deeply admire your initiative. This is the way to make use of the seminal 
Rockström J. et al. paper!

However, the Declaration contains but a non-readable bitmap of the original 
graphics on its title page. I dared to make a fully readable vector version. 
It grew thrice in size, but it is much nicer, see

I'd be happy if you would replace your current version with this, having a 
representative title page. Of course, I'll easily change the version number 
at bottom left, whenever a new text version will appear.
