Subject: Mercury scandal

At the website below can be found a very relevant opinion piece from 
the NY Times about mercury emissions control and present federal 
administrative policy.  Everybody who cares about light pollution 
should write to their congressperson and complain, particularly those 
whose electricity is made by burning coal--about 50% nationwide and 95% 
here in Indiana.
