Hello,

I have Ruedi's address and phone number, but I don't feel my german is sufficient to communicate CLEARLY in such a sensitive mater with both Ruedi and the owners by phone or letter. 
Harald, would you take the honnour? Or should Herbert or Jan make contact? 

A difficult part in these circumstances is to find out which choices have been made by the owners, and which by Ruedi.
