Re: [strawbale] cost of the gathering-ANSWER
Hallo Martin and everyone!
Why the costs could be so high?
The answer is:
* The costs for the experienced strawbalers contains costs for the room
hired in the nearest hostel ).
* The costs for newcommers are the same and participation for learning
it.
* I am planing to do:
- to organize a day voyage thru the
region......................................the costs for the 1 day bus and
driver are cca. 500 DEM,
- a visit to vinecellar and outside dinner wich vine as you
want............also costs something?
- a slowenian music band with unplugged gipsy, ethno, ..music
for the saturday evening...................about 1000 DEM?
- PR costs for promotion,..etc.....are some costs,..,.etc.
If all off sufficient costs should be payed, to whome should i load it?
Surely not to the "instructors", the old strawbalewrs, or maybe?
Or this everything is not neccesary at all? I was calculated with about
10 - 20 visitors. For me also it's not nice to see 400 DEM price for
the week. In the mean time I am still tryng to get some donations to reduce
the costs. In this week it will be known and then I will let You know
about the new situation.
