Subject: Amazon Listmania
I don't know if anyone's thought of this before
but I didn't see one so I created a "Listmania"
list for Light Pollution on Amazon.com:

This is just a short list off the top of my head.
If you have any other books that you think should
be on here, send me the ISBN# and a one or
two-line description.

This light is being used in Leesburg Florida along a major hwy for
approx 5 miles. It is called fullcutoff. any opinions? Thank you, Jina>>
>I think you asked your question knowing full well the answer.
>Those Renaissance lights are terrible and obviously are not full cutoff.
>The Lumec Domus series offers far better choices.
But the Domus is not primarily for lighting a highway --
and some versions have a hole in the top for uplighting
overhanging trees or a translucent dome for that
glowing globe look which uplights an even wider area
which gives everybody, except dark sky adovcates,
that warm, safe, fuzzy feeling. -sd
