I'll do better than that baby -- I'll send it to EVERYONE!  >:-))  Thanks for 
the insight and I bet most others who are involved in this quest with us feel 
that way also.

That's very interesting coming from a credentialed medical professional. I 
take it from the statement above you were also offended by the reply to Geoff 
Dudley yesterday.  

You are not alone with that feeling, believe me.  Someone might be better 
received if they took a humility pill.  Too bad medical science has not 
discovered one yet.  :-(

A robust and very effective light pollution reform activist woke me up and 
shared a wonderful story with me last night.  Anyone who is *truly* in favor of 
advancing light pollution and overlighting reform needs to read this story!

Engineers warn us that shielding existing light fixtures change their 
photometry.  Yes, that is true because it nearly always ***IMPROVES IT*** by 
significant margins.  

Supplementary shielding effectively gets rid of glare, reduces light 
trespass, allows application of much lower wattage lamps & ballasts, and it also 
***REDUCES*** light pollution successfully!  Furthermore, it enhances the ability 
to meet OSHA standards in the work place with less wattage applied!  That saves 
energy.

Those who truly care about advancing light pollution reform as your first and 
foremost agenda will appreciate this story!  Awesome job Kelly and thanks for
