Dear Fabio,

the attachments have been empty, but it's no problem, I have the pdf and
from it I have made a PostScript for print (with help of xpdf) and even an
ascii text (by ps2ascii), all of that is available in my working directory
http://amper.ped.muni.cz/light/zakon_oo/ (zakon means law in Czech, oo
stands for Ochrana Ovzdusi as Protection of Air) as lombadria.* .

I see it now, it's just in the heading... The other BURL publication given
at the bottom of the law concerned just Osservatorio di Cima Rest -
Magasa. Sorry.

I give the sequence of URLs below. Perhaps the starting and final link

Regarding the translation, the one I plan is to Czech, for our Parliament.
The final English wording is not so hurrying for use in our country,
perhaps Bob Gent could revise the existing English text as given on
http://www.vialattea.net/cielobuio/europe/bill.htm (just an idea,
inspired by his moving to Italy).

   some altavista queries, finally I have found the official page of
Lombardia and proceeded through it:

   Linkname: Leggi Regionali

In Lynx this was the end, as it does not support JavaScript (user
friendly alternatives are CGI scripts). With Netscape I got further, to
             Energia
             http://194.185.118.3/leggi/files/e7_0.htm
 and finally found
   Linkname: L.R. 27 marzo 2000, n. 17
        URL: http://194.185.118.3/dati/CE0700/UR07.PDF

An alternative way is to use script ricerca instead of leggi:   
   Linkname: Ricerca
        URL: JavaScript:ricerca()
 and give just year 2000 and law number 17.
