Online computing of summary results from photometric files of luminaires and of plots of ground illuminance by them

Conversion from ies to eulumdat format (and perhaps even some eulumdat inputs) may fail, as the symmetries of that format are an enigma for me (as far as I know, the format is undocumented, apart from a thorough but still incomplete description kindly written by Ian Ashdown). Also, what's meant by 0 and what by 90 degrees azimuth, is confused often. The illuminance plots may help to resolve it in each case.
