how I produce 2 bookmark levels:

pdftk KK2026-08.pdf dump_data >booKK26

then some level 1 bookmarks changed to level 2 - better to change all and then some to 1

pdftk KK2026-08.pdf update_info booKK26ed output  KK2026-08ed.pdf

and renaming the preceding files...
