From the collection in Zotero, a bibliography using a style Modern Language Association 7th edition (with URL) has been created, with the option of showing ULRs set on. This needs, in Firefox extension: Action, Preferences, Cite, Styles, Include URLs of articles in references. In Zotero Standalone it begins by clicking at: Tools, Settings, Cite...

Then the to-be-printed-only file has been changed to be 21st century compatible by two simple scripts (*.sh in this directory, being but a command for sed editor) one just making the URLs hypertext, the other making the links non-explicit but working, to ease reading the bibliography.

A report was created by right-clicking on the collection in Firefox Zotero extension, then choosing Generate Report from Collection, and in Firefox choosing File Page As, Web Page (HTML only). In the default order (first author) and then in the date (oldest first) of paper order, see the options at https://www.zotero.org/support/reports
