Hi to all in this group
Does anybody know if there is (planned) regulation in the EU for limiting
the artificial light polution?
I live in Sofia , Bulgaria and here downtown Sofia is total dissaster . No
understanding from teh local goverment that light polution is bad . Instead
they are trying to waste public money -as much as they can.
