SBIG uvedl nas trh novou kameru a ta je zajímavá
zejména vyčítáním přes USB a podle mne vynikajícími parametry. Ale následujících
pár dotazů jsem si zkusil zodpovědět a nevím:
1. V čem je kamera horší než ST7
??? (možná v ničem, ale kdo ví ???)
2. Jaké všechny nesmysly kolem v
příslušenství se musí přikoupit, aby se to dalo používat pro fotometrii
???
3. Bude nějaký problém v
souvislosti s nyní používanými software v ČR pro zpracování a ovládání
???

The Model ST-2000XM CCD imaging camera includes two CCD detectors in one head. One detector is used for guiding and the other for collecting the image. The guiding detector is the TC211. The imaging detector is a KAI-2000M CCD with 1600 x 1200 pixels at 7.4 microns. This new detector has a quantum efficiency similar to the enhanced ABG versions of the E series full frame CCDs. This camera comes with ABG only. All of the electronics are integrated into the CCD head. The standard interface is high speed USB with data transfer rates up to ~400,000 pixels per second. The camera comes with 1.25" and 2" nosepieces, USB interface cable, telescope interface cable, power supply, Windows control and analytical software with operating manual. interface, cables, power supply, hardware and software necessary to operate with
a PC compatible computer.
