Dear Lisa and Louis Papadopoulos,<br><br>David Eisenberg forwarded your request to a straw bale building forum, and I hope this reply will suffice.<br><br>The simplest approach is really to contact Arch. Werner Schmidt and his team as they are located in Switzerland, are world leading on many approaches to straw bale building and have national tests/data/permits for straw bale building.  In addition they already have build a straw bale hotel as well as a series of rental weekend cottages.<br>
