</i><b>Natural House Building Education <br>
<br>
</b>As part of their 2004 Sustainable Building Program, Solar Energy
International is offering a one-week <b>Natural House Building hands-on
workshop</b> in Kingston, New Mexico. Extensive hands-on sessions
supplemented by intensive classroom session, tours and guest instructors
will give participants an opportunity to learn about straw bale, adobe,
earthbag, cob, and natural plasters. <br>
<br>
The location for the workshop, the Black Range Lodge, is a center for
sustainable design, hands-on demonstration and outreach. Nearly every
type of natural building technique is on-site. Participants will be
surrounded by inspiration and will be encouraged to get their hands
dirty! <br>
<br>
The tuition cost is $550 for the week. Free camping is available nearby
or book a room at The Lodge for a discounted price. Meals are also
