Hi Paul,
Yesterday Tom was discharged from hospital, where he was operated on  
his (burst) appendix on Monday last week.
He's recuperating further at Petr Skopera, on the building site where  
he'd just finished his first week's workshop when his bad luck struck.
Stitches will be removed by the end of this week. He hopes to continue  
his tour de l'europe de l'est after that, heading for Romania.
