[Strawbale] Dutch- Caribbean

Hello ,

My Friend and I will, be traveling again to Bonaire (South- Dutch- Caribbean)
this spring.
I was looking for some stawbale construction in this aria but I didn't find 
any.
Is there a network,association in Caribbean (English or Dutch speaking) which promotes straw bale 
building?

I have some experience with strawbale and other natural building in Holland but I'm almost sure that it will be the best way to build in my new home country!
