[Strawbale] about the electronic bulletin board

I think this bulletin board would be a very good summery for the starters
(like myself) and for those who do not have sb as the first priority in
their lives but still want to know what is going on.
I would yes and if it you have to spent too much time to prepare these
messages maybe I can help you out. :)
