[Strawbale] straw bale bulletin email

I appreciate your willingness to spend hours of your time supporting the 
sb community in diverse ways, but I'm not convinced by this latest project.
There may be one or two people who only want a bulletin board, and they 
will find it useful, but for most of us it will mean yet more messages 
to sort through (it may only be one message a week/fortnight/month, but 
if it takes off they will be long messages and they will need sorting 
through), and a lot of the info will be duplicated on the existing lists 
Don't get me wrong - if you go ahead I will use it.  But I'm not 
convinced it will add anything or make life easier (at least for me), 
and I'm not convinced it's the best use of your energy or time.
