[Strawbale]ISBBC CD-Rom - TLS promotion

Lars,

We'd be glad to add a note in TLS#47 that the CD-Rom is available, and will
include it in the Resource Guide listing as well. Do you want to send
wording to us for the promotion of the ISBBC CD-Rom - or should be just
create something and send it to you for approval?
