The press Simon used (wich Rikki discribed) is a typical press to recompress
the (too) soft straw bales. The lever is used to give compression and the
wires are then thightened to keep the bales dense. This lever is not very
practical if you intend to make a bale, only for the aftercompression of a
soft bale.
