Cuando usas estas balas, se suelen colocar de "canto" (apoyada sobre la cara más estrecha). Funciona muy bien, y puedes hacer muros de carga de paja facilmente porque estas balas suelen estar muy bien comprimidos y comprimen muy poco o nada. ¡y Con sólo dos hiladas ya tienes la planta hecha! Las desventaja es que con 70 cm de ancho el muro, requiere una cimentación y tejado más grande y además necesitas o bien un "toro" o 4 personas para mover cada bala.</div><div><br></div><div>En Dinamarca es el sistema más utilizada.</div><div><br></div><div>Otra opción, si no quieres usar las balas grandes, es preguntar directamente a los granjeros que producen la paja si no fuera posible ENCARGAR balas más pequeños (aprox. 35 x 50 x 80-120cm). Es muy posible que alguno de ellos tiene una embaladora "antigua" guardado en su finca y simplemente ya no lo usa.
