Hola a todos;<br><br>Tengo localizada una parcela de unos 2500 m2 a un precio de unos 3000 euros, que como estan las cosas esta bastante bien, creo. Mi intencion es comprarla pero no me llega para poner las escrituras a mi nombre. El qué la vende dice que me pasa las escrituras cuando le dé el dinero y que no es necesario que ponga las escrituras a mi nombre a no ser que vaya a hacer una vivienda. Me dará un recibo y la fotocopia de su DNI y que lleve, si quiero testigos, que no habra problema. Mi pregunta es, si compro la parcela sin las escrituras a mi nombre, ¿podré tener algún problema?, también dice que la parcela no paga contribución anual, ¿es esto posible?. Espero que me ayudeis. Subject: [Paja] cursos en Barcelona<br><br>Hola todos, <div><br></div><div>Os recuerdo que empezando el lunes que viene hay dos semanas de Campo de Trabajo para hacer un hogar cálido para pollos ecológicos en El Maresme (cerca de Mataró, Barcelona). Tambien habrá un curso (20 horas de formación!) teorico/practico sobre revocos para casas de paja (cal en teoría, barro en práctico) el 20-22 Junio. </div>
<div><br></div><div>De momento no hay suficientes personas apuntados para seguir adelante con el curso de Paja previsto para 13-15 Junio así que hemos alargado los campos de trabajo del 9-13 y del 16-19 Junio. Si te interesaba el curso de Paja puedes decirlo a Nuria (el contacto para apuntarse a los Campos de Trabajo o Curso) y se salen suficientes personas en la siguiente semana igual se puede hacer...</div>
