My name is Gillian and I have been married to Les for 25 years. At
the moment we live in England. When redundancy was proposed at my
place of work we began to think what we wanted to do with the rest of

We have initially bought a mobile home in an olive grove in the plain
of Antequera. However, our dream would be to buy some land (not too
much) and build a strawbale house, use renewable energy, composting
toilets, grow vegetables hydroponically and have some animals, to
become as self sufficient as possible. If possible, it would be
