[Cmunipack] New project's homepage

Dear colleagues,

due to access restrictions on the Masaryk University, where the 
C-Munipack had been hosted, I was forced to find new hosting server for 
the project. I have move it to the SourceForge.Net, I believe, that this 
server with open source content is well known to you. I hope they will 
provide more comfortable and stable access than "a server somewhere in 
the basement".

New URL of the home page is:

http://c-munipack.sourceforge.net/

I need some time to get accustomed with all their services, so there are 
only the web pages and the latest release at present. During next days, 
I will study the documentation of the services they provide. I'm going 
to enable at least the mailing list for broadcasting announcements about 
new releases. This mailing list is still valid, it's hosted on another 
server.
