[Cmunipack] New version released (1.1.9)

Dear colleagues,

the new version 1.1.9 of C-Munipack software is available on the server.

Main changes:
   * Fixed bug in the 'Make catalogue file' tool.
   * Added capability of playing sound when a processing has been 
finished successfully or failed (optional).
   * New 'Merge frames' tools in the Muniwin.
   * New 'kombine' command-line tool.

All comments are (as usual) appreciated.
