[Cmunipack] New version released (1.1.19)

Dear colleagues,

the new version 1.1.19 of C-Munipack software is available on the internet.

There is only one change which concerns reading data from GCVS vol. 
I-III. The GCVS editors released the new version tagged as Oct. 16, 
2007, which has incompatible format with older version of the catalogue. 
The new version of C-Munipack supports both ones.
