[Cmunipack] New version released (1.1.12)

Dear colleagues,

the new version 1.1.12 of C-Munipack software is available on the 
internet. It fixes critical bug presented in the version 1.1.11. When 
computing heliocentric correction or air-mass coefficient, the program 
displayed error 'Invalid parameter value'.
