[Cmunipack] Englisch helpfile

Hi David,

thank you for your help. I downloaded enhelp.chm (Ver. 1.1) some minutes 
ago. But, helas, only czhelp.chm works well, enhelp.chm won't do it. Sorry!
Same error messages from IE like before.
