[Cmunipack] New version released (1.1.7)

Dear colleagues,

the new version 1.1.7 of C-Munipack software is available on the server.

Main changes:
   * Time correction with precision greater than one second.
   * Displaying the size of the default aperture and sky annulus in the 
preview window.
   * Extended set of export filters JPEG, TIFF, PNG and BMP formats.
   * Customizable size of the exported images.
   * List of error messages in the electronic help.
   * Command-line tool for computing airmass coeficient.
